Cowboy Bebop is a neo-noir space western anime series created by Shinichiro Watanabe in 1998 and ran until 1999. It takes place in the year 2071, in space, and follows the lives of a group of bounty hunters. One thing that makes this show unique is it's episodic, meaning instead of each episode directly leading to the next as a sort of continuous story line, each episode features an exclusive mini story. Each of these episodes have their own themes present, but they all tie together with the overarching themes of the series.
